I see the 3000 has been removed. I guess you can always blame it bad paperwork

And it looks like the other guy got hammered pretty good. If it was a genuine mistake..(right!!), and it was bad paperwork, likely he bought it from some Vietnam rebuilder importer a few years back calling it a "2002" new rebuilt.

But I really doubt that he didnt know any better or discover any better the last 4 years.

I think I would have investaged for myself b-4 I passed or tried to pass something off that wasn't true. That's what the person I bought it from put on the paper work
