2002 John Deere 260 B Hydraulic Drive Issue - Need help!

First time posting here guys... I have a 2002 JD 260 B series (says B on SN plate) that is having a drive issue. It's a 2-speed with only 2100 hours on it. I bought it a few months ago on auction and, initially, the right side felt like the brake was hanging up. You could feel and hear that side dragging when you drive it. I took it into the local JD shop and they quoted $7k to install a new RH drive motor. I promptly left and took it to the 'other' dealership next door with more seasoned mechanics (should have gone there first) and they confirmed RH drive issue and sent the drive motor in to Proclane to rebuild. Returned and reinstalled and problem improved but still dragging a bit on the RH side. Sent motor back to Proclane, reinstalled and no improvement. Tested left side drive with right side pump and hoses and worked fine. Mechanics have tested and rechecked everything time and time again and can't find anything wrong with the main hydraulic pump or anything else. Everything points to the RH motor but Proclane insists it tests 100% at their shop. I'm $4k into it now and now faced with giving up or tearing into the pump with no idea what that could cost to repair if they find a problem that initial tests showed doesn't exist (good pump pressure and flow). Any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated as to why rebuilding the RH motor might improve the drive issue but not completely resolve it when every other component of the loader tests fine???

So to not leave you stranded........
This is a skid steer, but under the Lawn & Garden forum, so may have some confusion and missing someone who can really help.
And not to be picky, but think Poclain is the hydraulic firm you are pointing out.

I have no good idea, but sounds like a hyd. line may have some restriction that needs locating.

"Tested left side drive with right side pump and hoses and worked fine" clearly then, there must be other bearings on that right side that went bad!.. or perhaps something got bent on that side.. because it's not the motor, you ruled that out..
