2001 L3710 HST problem

Has about 900 hours on it and for some reason reverse works normal but when you push the pedal for forward travel the tractor will not move till the pedal is almost fully depressed and movement is much slower than reverse. Checked linkage for damage and everything looks normal. I am doing some searches but as of yet have not had any luck finding any info.
