2000 ford three point hitch

My uncles 67 model 2000 ford 3 cyl. gas three point hitch only works if he moves the draft control and then it just lowers back down

time to buy an fo-31? service manual.. a 15$ top cover gasket and oring kit.. and pull the cover and adjust the linkages renew the orings and gasket..e tc.. might service the filter /oilwhile in that far as well.

short answer.. no.

long answer: could be.

1, there was a dealer filter option available that used an external spin on filter.. they are exceedingly rare to find on that has that option.

2, if you are running some sort of hyd implement off the tractor hyds, if there is a return filter on that setup.. then defacto.. the system has a filter.
