I know this subject has been discussed before but I can't find anything under previous posts. I'm ready to do a 200 Hr service and I want to find out what tips and advice is out there to make it as painless as possible. A couple of people have told me it's a real pain, so I'm asking the people in the know. I would appreciate any help.

It's a piece of cake.

Just make sure you have the correct filters and adequate amounts of fluids of the correct grade. You'll also need the proper size sockets to change the engine oil, hydraulic oil, and front axle oil, some of them are 24mm, 22mm, 17mm, etc. And a large enough waste oil collection vessel.
