Figured I would share since I get so much help from this forum.

I have an older JCB 208s that was working years ago, but I finished what I was needing it for and parked it. Sadly life does what it does and that thing sat for years without being moved.
I recently tried to start it and I could not, so I combed through it all to try and get it running. I reached out multiple places and people were really helpful with advice to get it going.

I made these videos along the way if you want to see what I did to figure out the issues:
Part 1: WILL IT START? WILL IT RUN? FAIL? Skid steer sitting for years - YouTube
Part 2: WILL IT START? WILL IT RUN? JCB 208s Sitting For Years - Part 2 - YouTube
Part 3: WILL IT START? WILL IT RUN? Rebuilding the Injector Pump - Part 3 - YouTube

I am not a mechanic, but I am also not afraid to get my hands dirty. I was a little intimidated buy the injection pump because everyone said they were so hard to do yourself. Glad I tried it because it was not that bad.

Nice work. Good to see that machine running again. You remind me of my Dad. A "hard job" like that just made him more interested.
