Brief history. New engine some time back. Recently the fuel line was plugged up. Replaced filter, cleaned out the fuel line and mule started and ran fine for awhile. Wife was using it and it stalled on a hill after running fine for about 5 minutes. We towed it back to the shop and I suspected the fuel line was plugged again. Disconnected it and checked fuel pump and had fuel as far as the carburetor. I smiled, put the bed down and went to show off my mechanic skills by driving down the same hill. Made it down and halfway back up and it died. Strong battery and starter but no fire. I suspected electrical after that but it's never had an ignition issue.
What should I look for? What voltage should the fuel pump put out? What does it look like when the pump is working? I can't tell how much fuel is supposed to be moved.
Any suggestions would be great. This mule has been reliable and was always a cold natured beast but after my recent fuel issues and new filters, it has ran like a champ until it stalled.
Thanks in advance!
