1995 toro wheel horse with a vanguard engine

I am rebuilding a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard 15.5hp 28Q777-016801 Engine.

In the sump engine case there is an oil seal which needs replacing.

How do I get the old oil seal out and the new one in?

here is the picture of the seal bottom out side of the sump case that attaches to the crank case

With the sump off you could probably just pry it out with small bar. When they are assembled, you can pop a small hole in the edge with an awl- then turn in a sheet metal screw and 1) pry it out via the screw or 2) let the screw bottom on the pan boss and push it out that way.
