I assume you are asking what it would be worth if you had it running and operating correctly?
Frankly, not as much as you might hope. I see guys trying to get $300 out these older mowers and they just don't fetch that much, around here anyhow.
While hardly a quality mower, almost every Big Box store, TSC, etc has a brand new "starter/base unit" for $800.
