"H" stands for Hydrostatic. "17" is 17hp. "04" is 4WD. It looks exactly like a G174. Looks like early 80's.

Bolens sold an Iseki CUT under
their name Bolens H1704) which is a very nice tractor and a diesel
version of one of their popular gasoline tractors (DGT1700).
If the year is correct, it would make it the Bolens Iseki H1704 diesel,
and I would run (not walk) to get it at that price with those attachments.
