John Deere 855 and bolens h1502
Hi so I’ve been browsing the site and have found some information to guide me but I’m still not sure if what I gathered is good for my application.

I have a bolens iseki h1502 and I am looking to install remote hydraulics to control a snowplow on the front. I am not sure where to plumb my output line and return line from the spool valves to the transmission, my tractor never came with a FEL or other hydraulics other than it being hydrostatic and the 3 point. I’ve attached pictures of the side of the transmission where I’ve seen others plumbed to. Many thanks.

They made a manifold that replaces the triangle 3 bolt with bulge in it. I have had one made a few years back, cost me $125 and was made out of aluminum. I'll check with a buddy to see if he might have an extra and if he'd let it go. This is the best way to go as it was the factory way.

Hi sorry for replying so late, I would love to have it if he wants to let it go! Or if you can send me a picture so I could reproduce it.
Thank you!

So I found this which seems to be the original manifold, I will recreate something similar but with 90degree npt elbows that screw in straight in the manifold , this one looks like it has the fittings go in from the sides instead of straight out, the question is what is the purpose of the middle hole on the manifold?

That's one that someone had made. The factory were steel with ports onto side of the manifold.
Attaching photos of the one I had made. Talked to my buddy and he does have one left. Willing to let go for $150 plus shipping.

You can do as you please, locate or fabricate a plate to suit your needs. Your choice. My solution would be simply separate the pressure line wherever it's convenient. Some tractors it's two pieces to start with, others it's only one line. Pick out whatever valve you plan to use and figure out how/where you wish to mount it. Make sure it's a valve with power beyond and a built in relief valve. Buy or make adapters to put on the lines. There are compression tube adapters available to fit a variety of line sizes, or you can make your own and braze them onto the steel lines. That would be my choice, but it's your project.

On mine there is a centre port/threaded hold which one of the return lines goes which dumps oil back into the backend.

I did quite a bit of figuring out on my loader rebuild, if you look back for a TX 2160 loader and backhoe long term project thread, here somewhere in this link TX 2160F, with front loader and backhoe, long term project
you will see some information.

The factory steel manifold that I have on the one Bolens only has pressure in and out. Return to tank, I tapped into the return hose with a filter prior to returning from loader joystick.
