This tractor has a pto with (8) forward (8) reverse trans. How will this trans. handle extended bushhogging and disking? Will trans. have slippage after heavy use? How will this trans. compare to standard 8x2 trans.?

i has a mechanical shuttle so you will not have any slipage

Actually, this is a power shuttle transmission, but the PTO is independent of the transmission. It will handle the bushhogging fine. The disking depends on the size, but if you are talking 6' or so, it should be okay.

Beware, the torque convertor lockup button on the F/R shift handle IS NOT FOR HIGH DRAFT LOADS such as disking. It was intended for locking out the torque convertor for light loads like bushhogging.
