1974 Ford 4500/ D5011 steering ram hose, any one with a parts book or a source here?

Hi, yea, it's an old tractor, but it still runs and digs great. just needs some new stuff, dang Ford anyway, only 46 years and something wears out.
Tractor is essentially a 4500, 3 cyl diesel with the engine driven power steering pump, Ford calls it A Model D5011D, I need a new pressure in side hose for it, it has a rather unusual fitting that I cant locate, hope someone could steer me in the right direction.

Looks like #37 is what you're after $$$ 267.65!!!!
I'd be taking that hose off and having one made at a hydraulic hose place!

joecdeere, I apologize for not thanking you sooner, got very busy here, and the rain gave me a break, so I decided to tell you I really appreciate your thoughtful post and link to a supplier. No one around here, me included, has ever seen this style of fitting, the Ford NewHolland guys employ young computer only kids and were no help, John Deere couldn't think up a substitute, I tried one with an arraignment of adaptors that ended up spraying me with hydraulic oil, so, reluctantly, I ponied up and bought the 265$ hose. Oh well, got to have the machine working. Thanks again
