1972 ford 5000 hydraulic cylinder piston

I am putting new o-rings in my lift cover and I am not knowledge able enough to know if there is to much wear on the cylinder and piston to even fool with re installing it. Thanks pictures below

You probably already did whatever you were going to but from what I read if you can feel it with your nail then it's going to leak. No direct experience but it's input.

I put it back together and it is very strong but it is bouncing so I'm thinking it's the cylinder leaking or the control valve spool or selector valve spool. It's aggravating but I have been working the tractor hard this fall prepping ground and it's doing fine just the 3 point hitch drops about 4in and bounces back up and it does it faster at higher rpm so definitely a leak...
