1972 ford 3 cyl backhoe

1972 ford backhoe. Swingchain replacement. I would like to know if anyone can tell me how you replace the swing chain on this backhoe. Meaning, pulling cylinder out for slack. I have done this many years ago and forgotten how. Thank you.

On a 555 we had years ago where I worked, with the hoe shut off, we hooked a come-a-long up to the one cylinder that needed pulled out. Doing this while the swing lever was held, opposite the direction one would be swinging the boom. Being the cylinders pull to swing the boom, moving the lever in the opposite direction one would be swinging, it let the oil flow out of the one side of the cylinder.
