Hey guys, I'am cleaning up leaks on my old Ford and one of them is coming from a seal on the left (Clutch side) of the transaxle housing with a linkage and rod are coming out.(you can see the fluid trail from it leaking) What is this called and anyone know if its a seal or bushing that goes there? I'll attach a couple pics (a closeup and one farther shot to landmark its location on the tractor and THANKS in advance!

Looks similar as to what's on my 3930 and my other Fords. It's a rubber boot. The rod is what actuates the brakes. I had to replace mine as it had dried out and was leaking.

Creeksidesalvage1902,

I think the part that you are referring to in the picture is the brake shaft where it passes through the rear case. It has a seal that looks to be leaking. If you look to the other side of the rear housing you will see the same rod. It will be attached through linkage to the brake pedal. I have seen these leak in the past.
