1968 Ford 3000 Power steering issue / Tune up kits

My 3000 has Power steering that at times seems to bind / lock when turning either left or right. If I wait a minute or so it turns simply. I cant seem to find a filter number for it anywhere and I guess they dont make the replacement pump. Haven't torn it apart yet as I am limited in mechanical knowledge. Much better at breaking things than fixing them . Pump Number is C5nn3n674a. Any help locating a filter number would be greatly appreciated .

Want to tune this beast up, Need to use choke to start even warmed up. Plugs , wires, cap & rotor ? Advice on specific brands that you all have better luck with ?

I just did a cam shaft and piston repair using parts from Shop Tractor Parts - Quality Farm Supply The Go-To Source for the Get-Go Farmer. Tractor is purring like a big ole kitten again. I have a 1975 3000 diesel and I saw that Quality Farm Supply had a bunch of parts for the 3000. I was very happy with the quality of the products I got, also on a side note some pretty good disc blades as well. Hope this helps!
