1963 ford 4000 industrial with back and front loader

Just bought a 1963 ford 4000 industrial. Bought it not running he said starter was bad, ended up being all screwed up wiring. Now that I have it working I知 ready to go through all the fluids,belts and what not. I see on the left hand side of the front loader it looks like the beam hold the fluid? Am I correct? If so how do I know how high to fill it? From tracing the lines almost looks line it runs to the front pto then to controls then to the backhoe attachment. It痴 a 4 cylinder gas 4 speed. Thanks in advance.
