1962 Farmhand 100: What is it worth?

Found a guy that has this tractor, his dad was the original owner. It all original, Kholer engine, even the seat material is original. Pretty cool, but what is it worth?

That's a cool mini tractor, but I'd watch that open belt drive! I would love to have that thing myself.
