1951 Farmall super c

I have a 1951 Farmall super C someone removed the distributor without marking.
How can I set the timing.
I also replaced all of the ignition parts but the wiring seems off.
The tractor turns over but wont start.
It is a 6 volt positive ground system..
Does anyone have a wiring diagram or can tell me how to rewire it

find #1 tdc on comp stroke, your dizzy needs to have the rotor pointing at a coil tower that will become 1 ( when the points are breaking ).

Forget about the major wiring. This will make her make sparks: Battery hot to coil primary terminal, other primary terminal to the distributor. Can use a jumper wire as a test setup.
