Tractor
Old Case
I got this tractor home a couple of months ago.

And not sure how to post pics on here yet. Maybe need a few posts first?

A couple of weeks ago I got it started. The numbers on the oil pressure gauge are worn off/sun faded. But the needle moved so I figured that's a good start. After an hour of flushing the radiator I got it to sorta run clear water through it. Then I drove one lap around my yard.

Now that I've tested it I am going to start working on it to my goal of moving dirt. I also got a box scraper with it but the tractor has no 3 pt hitch. From reading it was built before 3pt hitches were standardized on equipment. It also has a hydraulic pump on the pto.

First things first what would be a proper oil for this? Straight 30 wt or 10w30?
I am also going to replace the oil pressure gauge so I can see what it does.

And should I add any kind of additives to the oil?
If so what kind?
