190C Deck Question

I have a 190C and noticed that the front of the deck was lower than the rear. When I looked underneath I found that there is nothing holding the front of the deck up. I can't remember what things should look like and so can't figure out what is missing. Is there something that attaches near the front deck wheels that mounts to the frame or something. Does anyone have a diagram or advice. My local JD dealer showed me some diagrams that don't show what I am talking about and they don't have any 190C's sitting around to look at. Help!

Do you have the front draft arm that fastens to the front of the deck and then goes forward to attach to the front of the tractor?

This is mentioned in the operating section of your manual.
The front of the deck is properly adjusted when the leading edge is about 1/4" lower than the trailing edge. Also detailed in the manual.
