186d Stuck in 2 powershift dash shift

I hav a 186D and the dash linkage is free but the powershift trany is stuck in 2nd, any thoughts?

I believe you have had problems with your shifter in the past. Sounds to me like you need to remove the cover (11) and have a close look at the shift fork (10) and related components.
