But what is interesting is the canister air filter mounted outside the engine room. That is one way to save some space under the hood, without resorting to the cheap, flat profile filter. I have looked at the robin ":heavy duty" canister filters, and thought that might be a good idea, but knew it wouldn't fit under the hood. Maybe this is the solution.
