John Deere 3032E
Looks like a green fluid and is dripping very slowly where it is bolted together on left side of axle. I called JD today and they said it isn't in warranty because it is over 2 years. Anyone have a problem with this or any ideas?

That green fluid looks like antifreeze although I don't see how that could be in the transaxle. Check the dipstick on the transaxle to see if it is clean hydraulic oil. If its contaminated change it. Looks from the photo that the leak is near a bolt or plug. Check for loose bolts

It looks like there is more green fluid on the right running down to the bolt. You need to trace this back and see if you have a hose or gasket in the cooling system that is leaking. Rick is right this looks like anti-freeze.

The fluid looks green in the picture but not when I pull the dipstick and check. Plus I have a container catching the leaking fluid now and it looks normal. I had the tractor back in the shop right after I bought it because it was leaking a pink fluid I could see on the snow. They said they never found a leak and that was that. Is the rear fluid normally a pink color or the clear color of oil? It looks to me that it is leaking where the emergency break lever linkage goes into the rear. Is that right? Anyway, can't get a clear answer from John Deere if the rear is still under warranty. I thought it was covered for 3 years. They are trying to say 2 years.

It's too new and clean to find the source of the leak. Wash it down with degreaser, then get it dusty and the source of the leak will be evident. That's all I've got.

I have 2016 3032E with 50 hrs and our pictures of the oil leak are identical, except mine is muddy and dusty. Did you ever find out what was wrong? Why would it not be covered under warranty?
