I need to switch two wires on the radio plug. I was wondering if anybody knows how to pull the pins out?

Look at the pins carefully. Many have a small latch which must be depressed. For plugs with flat pins a jeweler's screwdriver will frequently suffice. For round pins you may have to purchase a kind of tubular tool to fit around the pin and depress the latch. You'd better be really sure you want to swap wires around. Sometimes that can let the smoke out of some devices.

When i turn the tractor off the radio time goes back to 1:00 and i always have to redo my bluetooth. The radio isn't getting 12 volt constant

Massey actually makes them that way so they don't run down the battery, since typicaly they are not driven every day like a automobile.
