How do I attach the 3 point hitch to this axle? The bottom has 2 rubber plugs in where something can attach but I need to attach the lifting? bars somewhere.

You are looking up from the bottom.

Right side, looking from PTO out.

Let me know if you need any more pics. From what I can tell, you have the bolt holes in the bottom of the axle casting to bolt the lower points up.

Appreciate the photos. I think I might have found what I need at Hoye. Lower Link Kit YM1300 is what is says. I'll call them tomorrow and see if it will fit the 1610.

Thanks yonahforge

Crap. The thing I got is just a big piece of metal. I have no clue on what it is or how it could possibly attach to anything on the Iseki. I'll probably have to send this back.

Ok, I just called len at Sheaffer's Town & Country Tractors, inc
and he hooked me up with the correct part. Hmm, the 'correct' parts keep get more and more expensive. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I'll send this 'thing' back.

I'll post photos once I get this finally setup.

Not sure who told you that the lower link kit for a Yanmar YM1300 would fit an ISEKI 1610 but it was not us.

I had to do the same thing for my ts1910 (only came with a 2 point tiller). I went to the local metal-work shop and got two 8 inch pieces of 4 inch angle iron (heavy guage stuff) and drilled two 8 mm holes approx. 10 cm apart on one side and then a hole large enough to accomodate the 7/8 lower link pin on the other side (nearer the back end when the the iron is mounted) The plastic "plugs were removed and they take an 8 mm bolt (gotta love the metric system). Just take the nut off that is holding the fender to your local parts dealer and ask for a bolt to fit. Can't remember how long it is. Also from the metal shop I purchased two, 5/8 X 2 3/8 X 25" pieces and had a local welder attach the Cat. one link ends that I purchased from princessauto.com (Should be someone local who can supply you with these. I paid about 5$ each). The vertical Cat. 1 lift arms and top link I bought off e-bay for less than 15$ each. All total it was less than 85$. The local JD dealer wanted 200+ for just one lower arm!! I attach my top link to the top pin of the tiller mounting bracket and have had no trouble. Make sure that the lower arms are long enough as the 1910 may have larger/smaller tires than the 1610 and when you lift your attachment it may rub on the tires. I asked the local suppliers and they gave me from 28 1/2 to 31 1/2" total length for these lower arms. Hope this helps. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
