my 14 hp blew the rod I bought a used 16 hp k341 I want to switch parts and put the electric start and batt ignition on the k341. I believe the bearing plate and flywheel will interchange. How do I bench test the stator b4 assembly? any advise on this will be appreciated. the throttle shaft froze and wont turn seems strange. I would like to buy a high out
