We swapped plugs yesterday and the issue stayed and the plug worked fine in the other cylinder, that was our first thought too.

Perfect Solution:
Swap it even for a 2500 series.
Note - Ya might have a little trouble convincing the dealer to do that.

ignition module must be bad; no spark to one cylinder. Warranty? I hope.

The dealer is looking at it today for him, it should be warranty work, heck its only got a couple of hours on it. I keep trying to get him to try the 3200 I just bought and he wont touch it. He is toying with the 2500 upgrade though.
