I drove a 1528 hydro today. A very nice smooth running engine. Dealer wanted $13,800 = $4K for FEL. That seems a little high. It doesn't even have telescopic stabilizers on the 3PT hitch for that price. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Anyone know of the going street price for a 1528 or 1531 hydro in the Northeast?

I was quoted $17,000 for the tractor and $4800 for FEL here in NW New Mexico, and thy didn't have a 1528 or 1531 to look at. Said they could order one or try to do a dealer transfer if they could find one nearby. I wasn't to impressed with there efforts. I hope you have a better dealer where you live. Looks like a great little tractor on paper. Good luck. KDJ j48

That sounds like they can sell one or two tractors and retire. I just got a quote fron an East Coast dealer for a 1528 hydro $12800 and $3900 for the FEL w/ 60" bucket. Not too bad. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I'd like to find out about the cost of adding telescopic stabilizers, the dealer thinks about $400 but he'd have to check with the parts dept.
I think of all the tractors I've tested ( MF, Cub, JD, CNH, Kub) the MF has the quietest engine with the least vibration. That's worth something. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
