1460 Lift Capacity

I have a 2445 and cannot lift a pallet of lime, 2250# from the truck bed w/o taking a couple of rows off. The tractor will barely handle this load

I am able to lift pallets of CEB, 80 to 90 bricks @ 20# ea and if I cut the corner too hard I start to tip. It will handle easy curves and straight runs as long as I keep the speed slow and watch for uneven places in the yard.

I have been talking about building something like the Forkster for the past couple of years using a forklift mast and a heavy duty trailer axle. I will probably will be saying that a few years from now.

The lifting capacity on the 2445 is only 1800 lbs, when new. You are stretching that some what. If you add weight to the back, you can improve that a little.
