1401 rear wheel seals

My 1401 has begin leaking around the rear axle seals. I am sure this has been discussed before but how difficult is it to replace the seals? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

To replace the rear axle seals. remove hydraulic lift cover, unbolt two axle retainer bolts, remove axle, remove seal, Reverse procedure.
