135 Massey Clutch Inspection cover plate

I have bad leaking around the clutch inspection cover. I went to tighten it up and found to my horror a piece of thin Aluminum/Aluminium sheet held on with Silicone. It looks like foil its so thin.

I will try and get a cover. I might try and making one up in the mean time. Anyone have the dimensions between centers for this inspection cover plate?
I cant seem to find the part part number for this clutch inspection plate

There should not be oil in the clutch housing, probably a seal failure. Is it engine oil or transmission oil?

If the shape of the casting matches the pic of the plate then the part number for the plate is:180482M1 and the gasket is 180481M1

Quite possibly the oil is coming from the rear main seal...very common on the Perkins.
