I bought one like this at Wal-Fart and put it on a donorcycle two years ago.
I ride exclusively back-roads, dirt roads, and trails. That little 12v plug has been rained on, dunked, dusted, mudded, power washed, etc. and still works fine. It appears mostly weather proof. Never had an issue with it. It's still on the bike waiting for the next great adventure. It should hold up to to Power-Trac use.
