I second that and would like to add a big thanks for all the great advice as well as assistance I've received from all TBN members.
Best wishes for all good things in 2006. We're breaking ground on a new and first house in March, So I'll be around looking for a lot of advice in the coming year Thanks again and GOOD LUCK to all.
