Yo dude!! Life in the swamps will never be the same for you with A/C and NO bugs buzzing in your ears!!!! I'm proud of you Tommy. In your particular situation I think you'll find you won't want to come out of the woods. But, hey, you can take your wife and son with you. :D

Don't let TwoGuns come take it away from you. :)

ROFL!! :D

I just wanna hear about how much you like it in that air conditioned cab after riding around on one of your 100 degree days with 100% humidity...with no bug bites to boot! Hey, I tell you that the tailgate cables on the 1100 are about 3X as thick/strong as the ones I had on the 900? With your new 1100, you can have a tailgate party!

Ain't nothing worse than a tail gate crash.

Come to think of it, maybe a bent tail gate?

My RTV's weak spot seems to be from the rear.

got a call from the dealer this mornin and they had it loaded and ready to get on the road to my house . so i ask him if he wants the number of my credit card now or later after delivery he said credit cards for what?i said for payment he said we don't take credit cards!!! i said WHAT!!! after days of makin the deal and finally getting down to the delivery you tell me now you don't take credit cards i don't know anyone who don't take a visa/mastercard /citibank man that ticked me off so now the deal is off for now but hey look on the bright side the polaris dealer takes them . i got to thinkin what if i would have needed to make a payment on a note they wouldn't take the payment because it was from a credit card? he said it was just him that he didn't like takin them oh well.back to the drawing board.

Take the 0% for 24 mo and charge your monthly Kubota payments to your charge card.

What is the interest rate on your credit card? I am not sure my dealer would even order something unless he knew how it was going to be paid for.

the interset rate is like 14 % but thats not the point i could have paid that off . it was all setup and ready to deliver today then he dropped the bomshell . ohwell . easy come easy go .lol i was gonna pay half cash and put the rest of the downpayment with the card but he don't take credit cards so the deal is off. no biggy i guess thats how things work out it was a good deal 15,100.k for a loaded 1100 brand new well 200.00 for a delivery charge but it was worth it being they was 8 hour away so they would have been drivin 16 houre round trip to bring it to me .

I don't understand.

Half cash? And the rest on credit? Why not half cash and the rest on Kubota at zero percent?

If I was the dealer, I'd be saying to you - "Sign here, Sir! And how many hats do you need?"

i don't know man i really don't know???? i got 1k in cash right now i need 1600.00 for the down payment this mronin all i had was 600 cash . what i was gonna do was put 1200 on my card and give him the 600 cash that would have givin him the 1600.00 for the down payment and the 200.00 for the delivery for a total of 1800.00 but he said he don't take credit cards at the last moment.

so,
this dealer was looking for the down payment,
1600, +200 delivery from you,, and the rest was
on a finance note?
and you only had 600 cash, but lacked
1200 for the down payment, and they
wouldn't put that balance of that down
payment on a credit card?

is that what you are saying tommy?

just sounds insane in today's market,,

take the credit card to the bank and get a cash transfer to your checking .(if you even wanted one in the first place)

Then transfer that Balance to another card at zero percent for one year.

Best scenario is you get interest free money from Kubota and the Bank.

Doesn't Kubota have a credit card like deere? I have a deere credit card for picking up parts and small items. I would think that Kubota would offer a similar service. Surely the dealer would accept his own card!

It sounds like you have lots of choices on how to obtain the RTV...are you sure you want it to begin with? If not, better to realize it now than later!

i can walk into the polaris plas with my card and cash and walk out with a rnager in 30 minutes but i made promises to some guys on another forum that i would take care of them and when i promise something i try my best to deliver . so i'm gonna try my best tp do the bota thing but if it doesn't go the way i want it to i will have to go another way .

Its very simple... most credit cards charge the dealer 2.5% of the transaction... thats a solid $400 out of the dealers pocket for swiping your card. People ask all the time if they can pay with a card so they get airline miles and stuff, we don't do it either... heck I can buy you an airline ticket for the fee they charge me!

Kubota has 0/42 on the RTV1100 right now, and they also have their own credit card that you could use.
