Odd, my BX2350 seat doesn't look like the old seat just the same style though.
My seat leans to far forward, I seam to be sliding off of the seat most times.
Should I check with my dealer, its just over a year old.

If it feels like your sliding off it, then you have the old seat, the new seat is caved in at the back and feels like, well a real seat! 
Yeah talk to your dealer but good luck, these things are getting RARE now and some dealers I called didn't even know about this offer at all until it was mentionned to them.

Got mine last week locally (posted on another thread). Cost 50.00. worth the money, but why is there such a difference (besides greed) in how dealers are handling this situation?
I may go back to my dealer and put the pressure on them for a refund....can't hurt. If they find out how other dealers are handling customer service and want to stay competative, you would think they would be reasonable in the first place.

I tried out one of the new seats on a B7510. What a difference!
This is the response I got from my Dealer. My B7610 was purchased 30 May 2007.

This promo was done by KTC which is the US, They had a totally different
seat to KCL spec tractors.
and was effective between May 1 2007 and ended on June 15 2007. After the
promo, the seat went back to original price.
During that period, we (Kubota Canada) were offering greater sales
incentives and financing on the B and BX series and we also reduced the
price of the B and BX Series seats. Please note that we are still offering
these seats at reduced price after a year:
6C200-45513 @ $225.00
K2571-66112 @ $295.00

He makes it sound like I chose the pricing in effect over a better seat.
BTW: I have had to get a $1200 knee brace because my left knee will no longer take any weight when bent. Thats what 75 hours of trying to stay in my seat did.
I'm waiting to see what Kubota Canada comes back with. Maybe I should send them the bill for the brace ?
It looks like I can order a regular priced seat from Messicks and it would still be cheaper even after shipping/ brokerage etc.

Yeah here in Canada we got the big shaft that's for sure. Financing incentives my ***, give me a break, I paid my tractor CASH, how did the financing deal help me? Why not give me a choice, save a bit of cash or get the seat?
I give Kudos to my dealer here though, when I showed him the recall? notice that was available on this site and he had never heard of it so he made a lot of calls with Kubota to see what was going on. Kubota Corp was asking him how he got a hold of these "internal USA" bulletins. Seems these guys at Kubota Canada never heard of the internet, or sites like this where everybody helps each other out!
I ordered mine from Messicks, was back-ordered forever but then they actually called me to see if I still wanted it as they got a big shipment in. I told them to send it up. Was here in less than a week. No problems, got screwed a bit on broker charge but the thing still cost me less than 100 bucks and well worth the wait, really comfy now, even on long days. Only other option here in Canada was to order a new one for over $300 or so if I remember the price.

Just a little update on my seat. I bought my BX2350 on May 29 2007. I asked him why no one said a word about the seat replacement to me, even when I had asked if anything good or bad on BX models, to let me know. He didn't know, go figure. >_< He did say they would check into getting me a seat, I know not to have any faith in what he said. I cann't get them to call me back when I leave a message for about something. I like my BX but hate the fact of the dealer's lack of service. I would go to another dealer for service but that means 2 hour trip one way, at today's gas price's that not good. I know you snooze you lose, but when a person doesn't even get the chance to said yes or no if I wanted.
When talking to my dealer, he said they only ordered seats when a someone asked about it. Most important if the other people that bought a Kubota from them didn't know about the seat deal then that would make one wonder what else they are with holding from customers.
Guess when I get a chance I well tell the whole affair about this dealer.
