1066 hydrostatic

has anyone ever run in to this problem before? when iam tilling with a roterra and turn step on the brake it jerks like its engaging and disengaging. same on the highway full stick full throttle. its like its sucking air.and it does it when the engine is warm only. and it had its charge pump rebuilt about 200 hrs ago. any help with this monster would be great! Thanks

I don't know what a "1066" is, but if "it" is the transmission, you might see if it has a hydraulic pickup screen, and if so, clean it.

Unfortunately I thnk most hydro 1066's are just sitting around. One guy I know said he spent 6 grand or so fixing his and it did not last long. Makes me wonder where the current hydro's will be 20 years down the road....
