I had planned on doing some dozer work with my tractor today :laughing: but its just to hot. So I've been piddlin' back and forth to the garage and computer staying cool. I just finished greasing the Bota' and checking fluids "in case" I decide to hop on later this evening when its only 95* or so

At 6 it was 97 here. Very high humidity >80% I think.

Now its cooling down to about 90 with rain showers.

Screw that, I'd be packing up and moving towards cooler climate.

Stinken 95 plus every day for the past 10 days. Grass is the color of cardboard, need to put the hay wagon in the machine shed... no can do, exhaust might set the field on fire. Burn barrel use is out of the question now until we get some rain.

I can't write anything about the rest of the country, but here in the Mid-Atlantic region the temps will be dropping through out the course of the week (today is 28 June 2010).

Hot weather tears my butt up...I'll admit that. I'm ready for winter and some snow plowing!
