Hi everyone,

I got my 1025r recently and am wondering if the deck is lifting properly. I think the lowering is correct; not much to it. When I raise the deck it only seems to raise maybe 2 inches. Would anyone be able to tell me if that is correct? I have taken it off/on several times while doing loader work, but am pretty sure it went back on correctly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've got a 1026 and mine raises up about the same distance when I'm mowing. If I ever think something may not be right, I look to make sure the PTO is fully engaged and the deck is locked on.

It appears to be in the brackets properly and the driveshaft should be fully in place.

It just barely raises it off the ground and hits on a 3/4" lip when leaving the shed.

Mine raises higher than that. Have you adjusted the turnbuckles on the mower lift link? If you haven't already seen it, here's a link to the manual that may help:

Thanks,

I'll check where the turnbuckles are and tighten them up a bit.
