My interest in the 10' brush hog comes from my fabrication abilities and my father in law having several old 5' mowers to use for parts. Material cost would be low, and my time would be the biggest investment.

None of this will take place until I can get a bigger tractor, for now, the 3005 and 5'er will have to do. The BX is limited to yard duty.

But thanks for the input and suggestions. I never would have thought of flail mowers otherwise.

I'd like to have a 10' flex deck rotary cutter. I'm thinking of buying a 15' cutter and taking one wing off to get down to 10'.
