1 1/2" PTO implement yoke replacement

Does anyone know where I can locate a replacement PTO yoke for a 1 1/2" implement yoke (instead of the common 1 3/8" yoke)? [Old bushhog that still works great.] I could really use a whole new PTO shaft (4-40QDSP).
