60 inch would be my suggestion. I have run 2 different KK 72" finish mowers on my NH TC33D hydrostatic and the tractor continually ran hot. I can run a 72 inch flail mower with no issues of running warm. Mostly flat terrain mowing grass and pastures in Mid range.

My solution after many years of the same problem was to install an 8" double walled corrugated pipe (whatever size as needed) down the driveway. Expensive but I installed 60 ft one year, 100 ft the next and so forth until it was complete. I found rerouting worked for a while.

That's correct. The joystick is coming straight at you rather than coming up. When you move the handle up the bucket moves down and when you push the lever down the bucket raises.

For those without an RK24, here is a picture of where it is located near the dash above the HST pedal plus a diagram of the direction of movement while operating FEL when looking at the joystick from the operators seat. The orientation is different than other FEL or buckets I've used.

The pines were no problem at their age. The locust roots only go to their drip line but they make it harder when going under and between 2 of them, especially for the guy in the ditch. :laughing: Here's a pic looking the other way of the locusts at the road ditch.
