    Bending top links??

Y’all are a smart group. Made it back to the farm and looked at the seeder. I think the culprit was the bolt. See how it is a bit misshaped by the top link pushing on it. Bad design as the mounting holes are to close to that bolt. I may need to do some reengineering! Thanks all for the help!

2022 work master 75 pto too fast shutting down ???

Your PTO cable will eventually break too….just wait! It will snap at the bolt that connects the cable to the hydraulic actuator mechanism. Very poorly designed tractor. I have two WM’s and they are always broken. The Workmaster 75 is a 2021 and the 105 is a 2022. Both have been real disappointments.

Yea it has holes and a slot. Been putting it in the hole. Should it be in the slot??

    Bending top links??

Why do I keep bending the top link posts at the implement end??? Heavy duty ones I’ve bent….light duty ones I’ve bent…??? What am I doing wrong? It’s not hitting anything. Most of the time it bends using my Cabela’s 6 ft seed drill. Should I be attached the top link when the implements are in...

Massey Ferguson #12 Square Baler Wire Tie Routing

Figured it out and what a satisfying end. We made about 25 squares and I’m tickled pink! So for the solution… From the box Thread through the insulators on the side and underneath , then Down and under baler and around the large pulley , then come with the lead edge of the wire coming out and...

    Import mini bailer?

The other promising looking mini round is the Redlands Baler from India. They make the balers for Farm Maxx as well. Seems like a well built machine.

Massey Ferguson #12 Square Baler Wire Tie Routing

Thanks. That gives me decent idea of where to start. I really appreciate it. Once I figure this out I’ll post the schematic for this baler so future users will have a better idea of how to set it up

    Import mini bailer?

I’ve tried to order stuff from Alibab but no success. I think the idea behind mini rounds make perfect sense. Much simpler machines….hay rolls up and then it’s wrapped and dropped. All the people that are against the mini rounds I understand their arguments too…cheap imported junk, parts...

Massey Ferguson #12 Square Baler Wire Tie Routing

Just purchased a #12 MF baler with the wire tie instead of string. Anyone have a similar model (3, 9, 10 or 12) with a wire tie? I bought all the manuals I can find but none of the text illuminates the proper route to position the wire in the home position. Any help with pics would be great...

    LS 4140 Filter substitutes

Have you tried just asking the auto parts store to look it up? They have always been able to find a replacement for me at O’Reilly’s auto parts when asking about my Branson Tractor’s.

    Workmaster 105 radiator removal?

So I just purchased a workmaster 105. Was taking it around the pasture for the 1st time. Honest to goodness, the very first time! I don’t know what happened but apparently I ran over a tree limb or something and it popped up through the underneath and into my radiator. Exploded the fan blades...

    Branson 7845 blowing smoke

Definitely check your air filter. Not enough air and it will choke. Just remove the filter and let it run for a bit and if that doesn’t improve things then it’s not the filter. Next May want check the fuel filter and fuel separator. After that maybe try to adjust the fuel regulation into the...

I have found all the service manuals and some owners manuals Branson has available.

Are there any “pre filters” other than the hydraulic filters that can get plugged which can cause shift problems on the 7845c? I’m guessing this “new to me” 7845 is a lot like the TYM I just got rid rid of. I never could get the power shifter not to lurch when shifting forward and reverse when...

    Clutch problem on new 7845

Can you explain or take a pic of the ECM that was replaced on your tractor ( if you still have it 5 years later). I’m trying to fix mine that is doing the same. Or Maybe just the part number of what was replaced?

    Comparison T1054 Any Issues??

Sorry I never replied. After posting my response I dropped the tractor off at the dealer 2.5 hrs away. As I was pulling out from the dealer I received a phone call from my 14 y/o son that the house was on fire. Longest 3 hrs drive home ever! When I got home the house was gone. Needless to say...

    Comparison T1054 Any Issues??

The more I think about this problem the more I’m leaning towards this being a problem with the solenoid accuated directional control valve situated on the main sub valve . Wondering if I removed the valve and cleaned it if that would help? Not sure what that process would look like though??? The...

    Comparison T1054 Any Issues??

Nice eye! I didn’t pick that up! Honestly, I had driven another TYM 1104 as well as a Mahindra mForce and they were all difficult to shift so I figured “maybe that was normal “? My Workmaster 75 shifts like butter and has the power shifter. Unfortunately this tractor ain’t the same. But, to get...

    Comparison T1054 Any Issues??

Yes….and no. I bought it a month ago from the guy who bought it at auction. Came from the Fort Smith , AR area and serviced at Bush Tractor. Picked it up in Perry,OK and brought it to TX. The transmission issue is getting worse. Drained all the hydraulic fluid and changed the filters . Didn’t...

    Comparison T1054 Any Issues??

I just purchased the same tractor used.2019 version. So far so good. Have the same harmonic you are talking about. As far as the fuel prime haven’t experienced it but the TYM dealer said to frequently “drain the water” out of the fuel filter sediment bowl. Says the tractor likes to accumulate...
