I bought my tractor from John when he was in oak hill. I was not thrilled when he moved out to Spicewood but it wasn't the end of the world. I have a couple of customers in Marble Falls and drive through Spicewood. The dealer in Seguin is actually a little closer to where my tractor resides, but...
That $2.50 a day doesn't enclude the cost of another vehicle that you have to have when you need to go somewhere. My wife could easily drive an EV to work and back. But she drives to Nebraska to visit her aging father regularly and needs 4x4 when she gets there.

interesting the same way watching a train wreck is interesting. Here's the way I see it playing out. The government mandates electric equipment. Where Sunbelt leased one skid steer, two will have to be rented plus one large generator. The cost of construction goes up. Bobcat sells 2 skid steers...
another aspect of direct injection (common rail) vs indirect injection injection (mechanical) is the location in the combustion chamber fuel is injected. Indirect injection is what the name implies, fuel is injected indirectly into the combustion chamber and is not as efficient as DI.

I bought 11 acres close to Bastrop about 3 years ago. I bought an xr4150hst no cab from RCO. I get on and off the tractor a lot. I knew that going in and decided against a cab for that reason. I'm glad I didn't get a smaller tractor.
not necessarily true, especially on even number cylinder engines. Firing degrees are a function of crank and cam shaft timing. Firing sequence is not always equally spaced and sometimes more than one cylinder is on a compression stroke at the same time.
