There is no power steering pump on this tractor. I believe the main hydraulic pump supplies the oil to the hydraulic cylinder for steering. I struggle to believe it’s the main pump, but am unsure how to validate.

After days of searching and endless dead ends, I have come to realize if my name doesn’t contain the initials “JD” I am not obtaining a pump rebuild kit anywhere. I certainly engaged a great deal of helpful people between Japan throughout North America, however; $$ talks. Here you go JD....($700)

Well folks I finally found the problem! There is a seal inside the hydraulic pump (back side) which was blown. It is the one which wraps around the two shaft ends (if that makes any sense) and prevents the hydraulic oil from diverting from the inlet/outlet portion of the pump.
