Track tension can cause the drive motors to not work properly. Over tight tracks can cause issues with turning. Lift the machine and make sure you have 1/2" or so sag in the middle of the track. If you end up needing a pump I can get you a link for one in the Sates.

The rpm can be increased with valve adjustment, I just have not adjusted it yet.

I just put it before the swivel motor, no tee needed. The old hoses in one side and 2 new hoses back out to the motor. Here is the model for the RV DCRV45-06N. And you must not have a real Chinese mini if you ain't got that slop. It may be an effect of the cushion valve, I didn't adjust it much...

I installed a bracket above the hyadraulic pump, the 15 models have a lot of empty space. I have yet to see one of these machines without play in the swing gears. When it's off you can move it a few inches back and forth. And yes, I can reach the pedals. I just turned twelve.

I added a cushion valve to my swing motor. It still needs adjusting but so far it is a vast improvement over the sudden stops. This is shown at full throttle with full stops.

There will be two lines for each function. Supply and return. So four lines to swap likely.

You can and it's not very hard. Trace your lines from the cylinders you want to swap controls for back to the valve and then swap em.

The pic with the bent metal is an older machine. The new ones have to pieces joined by a piece that wraps all the way around.

I meant the metal that the sprocket mounts to. The sprockets themselves definitely look worse on the newer ones.

I've noticed that the newer machine have a redesigned sprocket section, it apperas to be much more robust. See attached pics. Do you think it would still be wise to add bracing accross the rear to keep the spacing.

Has anyone here needed any undercarriage parts? I have been able to find local sources for many parts but nothing on the sprockets, idlers, rollers, tensioner. Even the Chinese resellers have told me they just keep a spare parts machine for things like that. I don't need any parts yet but I sure...

I'd like to hear some opinions on adding a counter weight. The rear panel is just sheet metal and doesn't seem like it could hold much added weight. There is lots of room in the rear of the engine bay. Maybe atttach some weight to the rounded base in the pic?

Definitely, but I believe that is custom made. I couldn't find anything like it. Tractor supply had an extended top link online and I just bought it.

It worked for lighter tasks but it broke when tested with a subsoiler. I think it would work if constructed differently but the cheap fix did not work.

It turns out this did not work well and I ended up having to purchase a longer hydraulic top link.

I have used a 6' heavy duty grapple with a Mahindra 1538 which is the same tractor. It worked well with it.

Did you ever get a resolution? It likely needs an ECU update. I had the same problem on a 1538.

As long as it is in good condition then that is a good price. Inventory on dealer lots is very low and the cheapest 2538/2638 I could find locally was over 26k.

More info would be needed for the pricing. Hours, condition, etc. The warranty does follow the tractor. It is a good tractor as far as I'm concerned. More than enough for 6 acres.
