How much Flow and Pressure is available at the remotes on my TC40D?

Is there a way to disengage the PTO and the PTO brake at the same time? I want to be able to grab the PTO shaft and rotate it so that it lines up with the implement shaft that I am trying to attach! Of course, I will be doing this with the engine turned off!
