For all you Massey experts, I have a 271x that leaks hydraulic fluid out of the breather vent on the lift cover ever time I put the FEL to a max position. Is this the relief valve on the pump stuck or rusted? Noticed that the oil coming out is tan, like it has water in it and it was 5 gallons...

Any body know how to remove the pinion and bevel gear from the gear box on a Case MDX 31 disc mower? Is it like other gear boxes? I can't seam to drive out the pinion gear, I have removed the snap ring but the seals are two tight. Figures, right gear oil leaked out of it and burnt the bearing...

Any body know the torque spec's on a MF 271 clutch plate bolts? I'm guessing that a 165/265 would be the same.

NH 848 Baler parts? Any body have a good after market part number for the air bladers in a NH 848 round baler? One of mine is leaking and makes lopsided bales. :ashamed:

Any body know were to get the rubber gaskets for the fuel lines from the tank to the injection pump. Took mine apart and they were realy hard to get out and have turned hard with age. By the way I have a MF 165 diesel. I was thinking about the beveled washers for sinks... thanks

Just wondering if there is a way to tell what year a mf 165 diesle is with out the data plate on the steering colum? Seems there is a rash of removal around here to get parts with the data plate in hanc :(? The only numbers on the motor are cast C371122101 B278 and stamped at the top are...

How do you thread the twine in a NH 848 baler to get it to cut automatically? Does it go over the cutters or around and over? I put the new twine on the way the old came off, but it won't catch to wind over the bale. thanks

My new to me MF 165 is snapping front axle pins like pretzels. First time after moweing about 10 acres of fescue. That cost me about 500 bucks in parts. Any ideas why?

Does anybody know how to opperate a New Holland 848 round baler? I have one setting in a field and not real sure how to use it. The dealer is closed early on Saturdays of course and I have 50 acres of hay down.
