Not difficult if you are mechanical and have the tiols. The hardest thing on most any cylinder is getting the piston bolt loose. You may need to heat it some to get it loose. Likewise, it should be Loctited on and torqued.
The loader should be a 730 or 735, which can be verified by the plate on the inside left loader arm by the 19-### model number. Look it up by that number on a site like Messicks under New Holland and it will tske you to the correct model.
The kit is a 251167, $120 from New Holland, but the seals are generic and can be assembled from a hydraulic shop. I don't see an aftermarket kit for this one.
